The ARB Air Compressor Twin Motor Onboard 12V was designed around an ARB Air Locker build. Two brushed motors feed lockers, tyres and air tools from one permanently mounted unit. That suits rocky routes such as the Wadi Bih track in Ras Al Khaimah. There you lock up and air down in the same afternoon.

Features and Benefits

The twin motor design delivers 174 L/min (6.2 CFM) of free flow. At 29 psi (200 kPa) it moves 132 L/min (4.7 CFM). It cuts out at 150 psi (1,034 kPa). ARB rates the duty cycle at 100%, so it can run for the full hour. Maximum current draw is 68.6 A.

Additionally, ARB designed it for tyre inflation and Air Locker activation with optional accessories. Paired with an optional air tank, it suits many air tools. Your 4x4 becomes a mobile workshop on a long trip. The ARB 1 gallon aluminum air tank is the matching reservoir.

Moreover, the pressure switch and relays are integrated. A sealed cooling fan cools the electronics, motors and cylinder heads. The unit is sealed for moisture and dust resistance. Inside are hard-anodised cylinder bores and Teflon-impregnated carbon fibre piston seals. An anodised bracket dissipates heat, and an over-pressure safety valve is fitted.
