ARB Hose Coupling Dust Cap

ARB Hose Coupling Dust Cap

The ARB Hose Coupling Dust Cap closes off your ARB female air fitting between uses. Fine sand and dust are hard on a quick connect coupling. A cap is cheap insurance against a sticky fitting or a leaking seal at the edge of the dunes.

Features and Benefits

It is made for ARB US Industrial Standard (ISO 6150 B) female fittings. Fit it when you pack the compressor away and remove it the moment you need air.

Additionally, a rubber heat grip gives you something to hold. A compressor and its fittings warm up after airing up four tires. The grip lets you handle the cap without reaching for a rag. ARB lists it as compatible with its 0740111 and 0740112 fittings, which are sold separately.

Product-Specific Use Cases

Fit one to the coupling on a vehicle mounted compressor. The outlet stays clean between trips, even if the unit sits where dust collects. Keep a spare in the recovery bag as well, because small caps are easy to lose in soft sand.
