The Bushranger 12000 lb Revo Winch Synthetic Rope is a 12 V recovery winch for larger 4x4s and loaded overland builds. It pairs a 12,000 lb (5,443 kg) rated line pull with 24 m (78.7 ft) of 11 mm synthetic rope. Fit it before your next run on the rocky tracks of Wadi Bih or a convoy into Liwa.

Features and Benefits

At its core is a series wound 12 V motor rated at 6.2 HP (4.6 kW), driving a four-stage gear train with a 171:1 ratio. The brake is a proportional friction system mounted inside the gearbox rather than in the drum. That keeps brake heat away from the synthetic rope. A spring-loaded, cam-style clutch on a rotating ring gear handles freespooling.

Additionally, the motor, gearbox and drum are sealed to IP67, and the 500 A contactor carries the same rating. The two-function hand controller works wirelessly up to 30 m (98.4 ft) or wired on a 5 m (16.4 ft) lead, so you can stand well clear of the rope during a pull.

Beyond that, fitting is flexible. The gearbox clocks to 16 positions and the motor housing to three. The control box mounts in multiple orientations, with an extra bracket supplied.
