The Edelrid Oval Power 2500 Triple Locking Carabiner combines a slim-sleeved aluminium oval with a triple-lock gate and an RFID chip. It is aimed at operations that have to prove what they inspected and when.

Features and Benefits

The RFID chip gives each carabiner its own identity. Equipment records then track an individual item through its service life. That is what a PPE audit asks for and what a box of identical carabiners cannot provide.

Additionally, the triple-lock gate requires three separate movements before it opens. For gear handed to users who are not climbers, that removes the chance of a sleeve being nudged undone against a harness.
