The Edelrid Vegalite Headlamp is a 250 lm head torch built for serious work in the dark, reaching up to 110 m on full beam. Integrated sensors adjust output to the ambient light, and a hand movement changes brightness without you touching the lamp at all.

Features and Benefits

The motion sensor is the feature people buy it for. You wave a hand in front of the lamp to change brightness, which matters when your hands are on rock, on a rope or inside gloves. Fumbling for a button with one hand committed is how headlamps end up switched off at the wrong moment.
