Honey Badger Medium Wharncleaver Knife 8Cr13MoV Steel

Honey Badger Medium Wharncleaver Knife 8Cr13MoV Steel

The Honey Badger Medium Wharncleaver Knife 8Cr13MoV Steel gives you a straight edge, a blunt rounded tip and a stainless blade that is simple to keep sharp. It is a practical utility folder for camp set-ups, fishing trips and the recovery kit. A blue back spacer and silver clip finish the look.

Features and Benefits

The straight Wharncleaver edge meets rope, tape or a cutting board evenly along its whole length. That makes cuts clean and predictable, whether you are trimming paracord or slicing vegetables on a camp table. Honey Badger designs the blunt tip to reduce the risk of accidental injury.

Additionally, 8Cr13MoV is a stainless steel that comes back to a keen edge with a basic sharpener. Rinse and dry it after salt water and it will keep working trip after trip. The 81 mm (3.2 in) blade has a satin finish.

Plus, a finger choil lets you choke up for control, and a liner lock holds the blade open. The FRN handle has Honey Badger's honeycomb grip, which the brand states resists slipping even when wet. It weighs 82 g (2.9 oz) and carries a 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Product-Specific Use Cases

Keep Honey Badger Medium Wharncleaver Knife 8Cr13MoV Steel in the tackle box for fishing trips off Dibba or Khor Fakkan, where it cuts line, rope and bait packs. At a family camp in Al Qudra the rounded tip suits a busy table while it handles rope, tape and food prep.
