Honey Badger Small Drop Point Knife 8Cr13MoV Steel

Honey Badger Small Drop Point Knife 8Cr13MoV Steel

The Honey Badger Small Drop Point Knife 8Cr13MoV Steel shrinks Honey Badger's original drop point design into a 71 mm (2.8 in) blade. At 73 g (2.6 oz) it is light enough for a hip belt pocket on a hike. It is a sensible first folding knife for hikers and campers heading into the Hajar range.

Features and Benefits

The small drop point blade keeps the original drop point shape, with a spine that curves down to a controllable tip. You get accurate point work on packaging and tape, plus enough belly to slice cheese or fruit at a lunch stop.

Additionally, 8Cr13MoV stainless steel is easy to bring back to a keen edge. A finger choil lets you choke up for detailed cuts. A liner lock holds the blade open, and you close it with a thumb push on the liner.

Beyond that, the knife measures 166 mm (6.5 in) open and 94 mm (3.7 in) closed. The FRN handle carries a honeycomb grip that Honey Badger states resists slipping even when wet. The movable deep-pocket clip suits either hand, and the 10-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Product-Specific Use Cases

Clip the Honey Badger Small Drop Point Knife 8Cr13MoV Steel in a hip belt pocket on the Wadi Shawka loop or a Jebel Jais day hike for snacks, tape and strap fixes. It also suits light overnight trips in the Hatta hills. At a family camp in Al Qudra it handles food prep and packaging.
