La Hacienda Pizza Stone 31 x 31 cm

La Hacienda Pizza Stone 31 x 31 cm

The La Hacienda Pizza Stone 31 x 31 cm bakes a crisper crust in your pizza oven. It is a 31 cm (12.2 in) square of natural cordierite, designed for La Hacienda ovens.

Features and Benefits

Natural cordierite is what makes this stone work. It holds heat under the dough, which is how a pizza base turns crisp rather than soft.

Additionally, cordierite resists thermal shock, which helps the stone cope with the high heat inside a pizza oven. The square shape gives you a full baking surface for an artisan-style pizza. Care is simple too, since the stone is hand wash only.

Product-Specific Use Cases

Moreover, a proper stone turns pizza night into an event. Use it on a villa patio or rooftop through the cooler months, whether you want a classic margherita or something more artisan. Let everyone top their own base and bake them one after another. Check that your oven floor takes a 31 cm (12.2 in) square stone before ordering.
