Features and Benefits

The platform is required for every Thule Arcos Box, in both the M and L sizes. Thule designed it to install easily on the towbar. Once it is fitted, one person can attach the cargo box alone. That helps when you are packing up on your own before a dawn start.

Additionally, the platform keeps the complete Arcos system low behind your car. Combined with the box's wedge shape, that low profile is what keeps the trunk within reach while the box is mounted. At 9 kg (19.8 lb), the platform itself is manageable to lift on and off and to store between trips.
